I just listened the MBF introduction in vienna ISMB 2011 conference, and it's really beautiful. And I want to talk to you in face during poster session, but I did not find somebody in front of your poster...

Actually, we are now developing a genome browser framework for annotation visulization: http://www.abrowse.org/. Moreover, user can write on the genome instantly besides browsing. And built-in query system and BioMart are all supported for users to fetch bulk dataset.
